Every body is different. So when you book with the Corner Room, I spend time understanding your needs, what hurts, how it happened (if you know) and what you've done to treat it already. Together, we will come up with a treatment that could be one service or a combination of several - it really depends on your needs. PNF Stretches
Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation or PNF stretches:
Using muscle contractions and relaxation to improve flexibility and range of motion, reducing pain and tightness. Everyone from athletes to women dealing with peri/menopause can find relief from PNF stretches. I recommend you wear stretchy clothing/yoga pants.

Massage Therapy
Whether you prefer Swedish, chair, shiatsu or deep-tissue/sports massage: I can provide many various styles of massage to support your relaxation and recovery. Depending on your ailments, needs, goals and preferences, we will find the right style of massage to suit you and help your body reset.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a specialized therapy to relieve swelling that occurs when illness or medical treatment blocks your lymphatic system. Gentle touch manipulates areas that have excess fluid buildup, and moves it away from your tissues, toward working lymph vessels and lymph nodes.

TMJ / Neck Specialization
I've developed special techniques to treat frozen neck and TMJ - temporomandibular joint disorders. A combination of massage, PNF stretches and intra-oral manipulation can improve your comfort, relax your jaw and/or neck and get you feeling more relaxed than you have in a long time.
